Sunday Sketch & Stamp Challenge & Winter Wonderland Challenge

Sunday Sketch and Stamp is celebrating its 1st year, the challenge is to create a project from one of the past sketches that was your favorite. This one is mine.


I am combining this challenge with Winter Wonderland which has a theme of anything goes this week. Drat I am too late to add my entry to winter wonderland ahh well this is what i would have entered!!

Sketch Saturday Challenge 100 & Whiff of Joy Challenge 77

I have made this card for one of my niece's whose birthday it is next week, she is a very girly girl who loves pink so I hope she likes it (not giving her a M&S voucher, that's just for the photo). I am entering this into 2 challenges, Sketch Saturday's 100th Challenge which is a fab sketch and Whiff of joys 77th challenge which is to make a money/gift card.

Finished this card today with my new Magnolia images that arrived yesterday. Love the pirate theme, but I did get stuck on how to colour the anchor LOL!. I am entering this into 3 challenges today.

You may be wondering how this fits into the theme of ''childhood memories'' well I have a partly fond memory of being taken to Disney Land Paris by my Grandma, While in the pirates themed area a very French pirate came up behind me and went ''Booo'' in my ear, I screamed, everyone laughed. I wasn't impressed at all!!

Main image and background is Magnolia, sentiment is from butterfly kisses, paper is from DCWV Once Upon a Time stack.

Whiff of Joy & I Love ProMarkers Challenges

Not sure that I like this creation, the papers aren't doing it for me since I photoed it. Anyhow I am entering it in 2 challenges, Whiff of Joy Challenge 76 which provided the fab sketch and I Love ProMarkers Challenge 11 which is to use black white and 1 other colour - pink in my case.

2 Challenges in1 card

Well I had to rip and cut the first cat image off as the pinflair glue gel had come through and marked it really badly, for future don't use pinflair glue gel with pro marker images!! Took this one outside to photo as the sky is so clear and bright and a lovely day.... then I got a splinter when I brushed off the bench to make a clean spot, sods law!!.

Phew that was a fun one, just a shame the image had been marked by the glue. The cushion the cat is laying on was hand drawn by myself and coloured as well as the cat with promarkers.

Tuesday Taggers - Give us a tag

This weeks Tuesday Taggers challenge is ''Give us a Tag'' and sponsored by the lovely Georgina. I have been meaning to do this for about a year and never got round to it so I thought perfect time to start. Made myself a load of tags + extras for the future and started playing with my alcohol inks and making swatches. The camera reflected off the shiny card tho and it was very hard to photograph!!

Just Magnolia Week 49 Challenge

This weeks Just Magnolia Challenge is to use more than 1 fold on your card, so I borrowed a template from my mum and this is what the end result came out like. I can honestly say I am never having the ''brilliant idea'' of cutting out all the flowers ever ever ever again!!
