This weeks Keep it Simple challenge is Joy and sponsored by the fabulous Delicious Doodles shop. For my project I whipped up a Christmas tree decoration.
Paper, sentiment and hanger all came from a Christmas kit made by Anna Griffin. Edge was punched with a Martha Christmas Punch. Enjoy!

Keep it Simple: Shape Up Challenge
This weeks Keep it Simple Challenge is sponsored by me!! and look at the fab prize I am offering up.
I am sponsoring this prize in memory of both my Grandparents who sadly both passed on to cancer within the last 15 months.
My project for this challenge: Shape Up, is a little christmas tree ornament. Made in printed vellum from stash (no idea who made it, it was a 12x12 sheet) Poked through holes following the pattern and then filled it with pot-pourri. Smells divine and will be hanging on my tree this year. The pattern for this is from PaperTrey inc and available HERE.

Tuesday Taggers Challenge
The challenge this week at Tuesday Taggers really perked my interest, a couple of weeks ago they said ''save your bits of rubbish from christmas'' So i did and then my mother threw most of it away, all i had left was this tag with a cute bell on it that really jingles too!! So presto changeo....
And here we have it, Embossed front and back with red glitter embossing powder, green inside.... now heres the fun bit, it wouldn't stick together so i had to get out the pinflair and squash it for an hour, took a fast pic and its still being squashed as i type. I made it so it will be a hanging tree decoration next christmas.

Advent Calendar box
I have no idea where i saw this invention/creation so if you know please let me know so i can give credit to them. I saw somewhere on a website an advent calendar made out of match box's. While the temperature outside was in minus figures i decided to make one for my nieces so here it is.
Update: I have finally found where i saw this wonderful creation, my nieces loved it. It was originally made by Dyan from Art from the heart.

Christmas Tree Decoration
I decided to start making some Christmas tree decorations as i am going to give them with Christmas cards to close friends and family this year. This is my prototype, checking for size and ease of assembly. Even tho its just the tester one i think its come out pretty well just needs a little Christmas bling.
